What it signals when you’re hiring
Metro Associates’ own read, not ACEC’s.
An Engineering Excellence entry is a firm-level credential, but the people who built it are named on it. When a candidate can talk through a project that went up for it, you are usually talking to someone who held real design responsibility rather than someone who supported it.
