Civil Engineering Lead - Milwaukee, WI
A well-established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineering Lead to direct complex civil design and land development projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering and technical teams.
- Manage technical quality, schedules, scope, budgets, and project delivery.
- Support proposal strategy, business development, and client relationship growth.
- Mentor junior staff and improve engineering workflows and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
- Strong land development, site planning, grading, roadway, stormwater, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, water, storm and sanitary sewer experience.
- Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D background.
- Project management, QA/QC, contract administration, construction inspection and field coordination experience.
Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
