Civil Engineering Lead - Milwaukee, WI
A well-established civil engineering consulting firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineering Lead to direct complex civil design and land development projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering and technical teams.
Manage technical quality, schedules, scope, budgets, and project delivery.
Support proposal strategy, business development, and client relationship growth.
Mentor junior staff and improve engineering workflows and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
Strong land development, site planning, grading, roadway, stormwater, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, water, storm and sanitary sewer experience.
Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D background.
Project management, QA/QC, contract administration, construction inspection and field coordination experience.
Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
