Senior Plans Examiner - California
A confidential municipal consulting firm is seeking a senior Plans Examiner to perform multidisciplinary plan review for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- 10+ years of plans examination experience.
- Review architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical plans.
- ICC B3 strongly preferred; CASp is a plus.
- Experience with green building and LEED-related requirements.
- Strong digital plan-review experience; ProjectDox experience preferred.
- Off-site / full-remote role.
Estimated Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
