Senior Building Inspector - Escondido, CA
A confidential municipal consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Inspector to support complex building inspection programs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- 10+ years of municipal building inspection experience.
- Experience with multi-story, multifamily residential, mixed-use and related construction.
- ICC B1/B2 or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Ability to inspect structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.
- Strong knowledge of California Building Code and current jurisdictional requirements.
- Floodplain and NPDES experience is a plus.
- Field-based role; must have reliable transportation and mobile technology for inspection tracking.
Estimated Pay Range: $95,000 - $130,000 per year.
