Support multidisciplinary land development projects in the San Luis Obispo region. Develop civil design documents and technical studies that help residential, mixed-use, and corporate campus projects move from concept through approvals and final plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare grading and public improvement plans from conceptual design through final documents.
- Support residential, multifamily/mixed-use, and corporate campus development projects.
- Prepare and process technical studies and site plans to obtain land development entitlements.
- Apply jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures while coordinating engineering documentation.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering plus four years of land development experience, or equivalent work experience of eight years.
- Experience preparing grading/public improvement plans and processing technical studies and site plans for land development entitlements.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures.
- AutoCAD or MicroStation/CADD experience is desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
$43.50–$55.50 per hour.
